    AAYOCAA Guidelines/Rules and Entry Fees For The Below Divisions

     AAYOCAA Rules January 2002 Competition

    Twirlers Pre-School Division Twirler 9th - 12 Grade Division
    Twirlers 20 - 30 Years of Age Twirlers 31-40 Years of Age
    Twirlers 41 - 50 Years of Age Twirlers 51 Years of  Age & Over

    You must compete in all categories for - Most Beautiful - Overall Winner

    Guidelines:

    • All contestants must submit a short essay about themselves and one photo.
      • Please do not send oversized photos.
      • All photos are subject to being resized and/or cropped to fit our web site.
      • Photo Format: Email your photos in JPG or GIF format only.
    • You must enter all categories in your division to compete in the Most Beautiful - Overall Winner.  All Most Beautiful winners will have the opportunity to compete in our Most Beautiful of the Year Contest.  Separate entry fees will apply.
    • You must indicate which division and category you are entering. 
    • You may enter as many divisions and categories that you are qualified to enter.

    Awards:

    Best Smile, Best Pose, Best Uniform Categories:

    • 1st Place Winners -  You will receive a medal and certificate.
    • 2nd Place Winners - You receive a medal and certificate. 
    • 3rd Place Winners - You receive a medal and certificate.
    • All Contestants -  You will receive a certificate.
      •  Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after we have announced our winners.
    • Contestants Web Page - All contestants photos will be entered onto our contestants web page for the month they entered competition for one year.

    Most Beautiful Winners - featured web page at AAYOCAA - All first place winners in each division will receive a featured web page at AAYOCAA web site for one year. 

    • All First Place Winners will have a Guest Book for family and friends to sign and leave comments to AAYOCAA winners.
    • All entries in Guest Book must be approved by AAYOCAA. Parents and Contestants this will avoid any inappropriate entries being placed in your guest book. We will use guest books from HTML Gear.
    • Tiara's: The winner will receive a tiara.  
      • Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after we have announced our winners.
    • Will receive a AAYOCAA Certificate of Title.

    If you only entered one category you can win first place in your category if you have the highest points in your category. 

    Entry Fees:  

    • All entry fee's are $25 per category in a division.
      • You only need one photo per category. If you choose to send more than one photo in a category there is an additional fee of  $5.00 per photo.
      • Please do not send oversized photos.
      • All photos are subject to being resized or cropped to fit our web site.
      • Photo Format: Email your photos in JPG or GIF format only.
    • All entry fees must be made through PayPal.com.
      • Email AAYOCAA your essay and photo before you pay your entry fees, and wait for our confirmation before paying your entry fees. We will include the cost of your entry fees in our confirmation letter for your approval. After you have sent your fee's there will be no refunds.
    Twirlers Coach/Teacher of the Month Guidelines/Rules and Entry Fees

    Guidelines:

    • Parents, Students, Friends, Organizations, Individuals  may write a short essay on why their Twirling Coach/Teacher should be AAYOCAA Twirling Coach/Teacher of the Month. Submit one photo with your essay.

    Awards:
    • Featured web page at AAYOCAA - The Winning Coach/Teacher of the Month will be featured on our Coach/Teacher Recognition of the Month web page.
      • Coaches/Teachers  Recognition page will have a  Guest Book for family and friends to sign and leave comments to AAYOCAA winners. 
      • All entries in Guest Book must be approved by AAYOCAA. Parents and Contestants this will avoid any inappropriate entries being placed in your guest book. We will use guest books from HTML Gear.
    • All winners will have the opportunity to compete in our Coach/Teacher of the Year Contest. 
    • All Coaches/Teachers of the Month will receive a certificate.
    • Contestants Web Page - All contestants photos will be entered onto our contestants web page for the month they entered competition for one year.

    Entry Fees:

    • There are no entry fees to enter Twirling Coach/Teacher of the Month

    AAYOCAA Miss Sweet 16 Twirler of the Month

    Guidelines:

    • Any Twirler turning 16 years of age in January 2002.

    Awards:
    • Featured web page at AAYOCAA - Winner of AAYOCAA  Miss Sweet 16 will receive a featured web page at AAYOCAA web site for one year. 
      • All Winners of the Month will have a Guest Book for family and friends to sign and leave comments to AAYOCAA winners.
      • All entries in Guest Book must be approved by AAYOCAA. Parents and Contestants this will avoid any inappropriate entries being placed in your guest book. We will use guest books from HTML Gear.
    • Tiara's: The winner will receive a tiara and a Certificate of Title.  
      • Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after we have announced our winners.
    • Contestants Web Page - All contestants photos will be entered onto our contestants web page for the month they entered competition for one year.

      • You only need one photo. If you choose to send more than one photo there is an additional fee of $5.00 per photo.
    • All entry fees must be made through PayPal.com.
      • Email AAYOCAA your essay and photo before you pay your entry fees, and wait for our confirmation before paying your entry fees. We will include the cost of your entry fees in our confirmation letter for your approval. There will be no refunds.

    To All Our Most Beautiful Winners - consider having a photo taken wearing your tiara so we can add it to your winning web page.
